Mullak is the first company to be licensed by the Saudi Chamber of Commerce to provide Sharia-compliant lease-financing solutions for homes to local Saudis.

The idea of establishing the company started after conducting extensive customer research to understand the needs and requirements of customers through the different stages in their lives. In addition, the limitations and difficulties faced by customers were thoroughly studied to identify how the customer s experience could be made as positive as possible. The research also examined the current home financing solutions available and their limitations.

The outcome was a full understanding of customer needs which paved the road for an innovative product development approach based on what customers want and not what a company or a financing institution wants to offer!
